Cancellation & Return policy

Cancellation, if any, should be done if the status of the placed order is either confirmed or placed but payment is unsuccessful. Orders already under the process of making, shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. If The Merchant cancels all or part of your order, The Merchant will issue a refund to your credit/debit card or bank account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion (only when your card is charged). All refunds will be made within 24 working hours after satisfactory verification and evaluation. . Any other cancellation and refund will be entirely at The Merchant Discretion.
